The preview is free.

  • No invoice and no card. Nothing is billed during the devnet preview.
  • Test tokens only. They have no value, and no real money moves.
  • Fees start with real-network pilots. They are set from what each payment costs us, measured on a test network so far.

Pilot pricing (v0)

What the pilot costs.

Fees apply to settled payments, in US dollars, and only once real-network pilots start. Nothing is charged in test mode.

  • Flat fee per settled payment. Not a share of the payment value.
  • Billed after use. No monthly minimum and no prepaid balance. The fee is not taken from the payment.
  • Example, illustrative only, not a promise. A seller with 4,000 settled payments in a month, with us paying the network fee, would be charged for 3,000 at USD 0.003: USD 9.00, plus the Team plan if they choose it.

Assumptions. Pilot pricing (v0) assumes a network cost of about 10,000 lamports per payment (measured on a test network) and a SOL price of USD 100 to 150. Billed monthly after use, no monthly minimum, not taken from the payment. We review pricing quarterly and will give notice before any change. During the pilot, invoices are prepared by hand from payment records. There is no billing portal, automated metering or fee dashboard yet. The sponsored-fee cap and the choice to pay your own network fee are planned and not enforced yet.

Planned structure

Three parts.

The Team plan has no price yet.

Free allowance

First 1,000 a month
  • The first 1,000 settled payments each month at no charge
  • Lets you try Payzilla on your own endpoint before you pay anything
  • Planned: we would cover network fees for the allowance, up to the cap. The cap is not enforced yet

Usage

See the table above
  • A flat fee for each settled payment after the allowance, quoted in US dollars
  • No monthly minimum
  • Fits many small payments, such as an agent paying per request

Team plan

Price to be announced
  • A monthly tier for the ledger, reconciliation, spend rules, webhooks and reporting
  • Card orchestration, once real card providers are connected
  • Higher network-fee caps

The platform tier

What you would pay the platform tier for.

The per-payment fee covers checking and settling a payment. The platform tier is for running the business around it. Each part shows how far along it is today.

  • One ledger for every rail

    Built and tested

Every payment is one balanced, append-only record, with one status. You can explain any payment to an accountant or a customer.

  • Reconciliation

    In development

A regular check that the network and your ledger agree, with a plain note about anything that does not, what it affects and what to do.

  • Spend and release rules

    Partly built

Decide when your server may serve: at once for small payments, after finality for large ones. Self-service controls and reusable agent spend rules are still to come.

  • Signed webhooks

    Partly built

Each payment event reaches your system with a signature and retries. Registering your own endpoint and rotating the secret are in development.

  • Dashboard and reporting

    In development

Planned: payments, fees, usage and the network cost we cover in one place. Today there is a read-only prototype of payments, timelines and ledger entries. It does not show fees or usage.

  • Card payments in the same ledger

    Mock only

Cards and wallet payments side by side, once real card providers are connected. Today the card flow runs only against a mock provider.

  • Higher network-fee caps

    Planned

More room for the network fees we cover, or the choice to pay your own.

These are the reasons for a platform tier, not a commitment to ship them on a date or at a price. The status shown is the status today.

How billing would work

Billed after you use it, not taken from the payment.

  1. 01

    Metered per payment

Planned: each settled payment would be counted once, and the fee of a payment that is later reverted would be reversed. Metering is not built yet.

  2. 02

    No fee statement screen yet

During the pilot, invoices are prepared by hand from payment records.

  3. 03

    One invoice a month

Issued after the month, with no minimum. No prepaid balance and no top-ups. Invoices are in US dollars.

  4. 04

    If an invoice goes unpaid

Unpaid invoices are handled under the pilot terms. We do not take anything from payments in flight.

What we do not claim

Network fees

Planned: you will be able to choose who pays the network fee.

Every Solana payment has a small network fee. Today a Payzilla-run account pays it on devnet.

We sponsor it, with caps

Planned
  • A daily and monthly cap for each seller
  • Planned: when a cap is reached you could raise it or switch to paying the fee yourself

You pay it yourself

Planned
  • You fund your own fee account
  • You pay only the Payzilla fee on top

Help us decide

Three questions for early sellers.

  • How many paid requests a month do you expect, and at what price each?
  • Would you rather have a larger free allowance or a lower fee per payment?
  • Would you want to pay your own network fees, or have them covered up to a cap?
