Preview terms
These terms cover the Payzilla preview offered by Espor Medya ve Teknoloji Anonim Sirketi (“we”, “Payzilla”). Using the preview means you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.
What the preview is
- A devnet preview. It runs on a test network with test tokens that have no value.
- No real funds. Do not send, store or expect real money, real SOL, real USD or real USDC through it.
- Features are unfinished and may be wrong, slow or unavailable. The demo dashboard shows invented sample data.
What we are not
- Payzilla is software. Espor Medya ve Teknoloji Anonim Sirketi is not a bank, a payment institution or a money transmitter, and does not hold funds for anyone.
- Nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice.
- We make no claim of licences, certifications or external audits.
Provided as is
The preview is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability or non-infringement.
Acceptable use
- Do not abuse the preview, attempt to disrupt it, or probe it in ways that could harm others.
- Do not use it with anything of real value.
- Report security problems to [email protected] before sharing them publicly.
Feedback
If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve Payzilla without owing you anything for them.
Changes and ending the preview
We may change, pause or end the preview, and change these terms, at any time. We will replace these temporary terms before general availability.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Espor Medya ve Teknoloji Anonim Sirketi is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the preview, including loss of data, test tokens or profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Espor Medya ve Teknoloji Anonim Sirketi runs the Payzilla preview. Governing law and venue: to be confirmed by the company before general availability.
